On December 25th, Osteria del Borro welcomes its guests for a Christmas Lunch designed as a journey through authentic flavors, memories, and signature cuisine. A special occasion to experience the festive atmosphere, immersed in the warmth of our osteria and the magic of the village.

Chef Andrea Godi presents a celebratory menu that combines contemporary techniques with local ingredients, starting with the Osteria’s Welcome, followed by creations such as Scampi with beetroot, mandarin, and Oscietra caviar and Spaghettone Gentile with rockfish, saffron, and sea urchins.

Among the traditional dishes reinterpreted for the occasion, there are Cappelletti filled with Valdarno guinea fowl, black truffle, and Occhio di Pernice consommé, followed by hearty courses like Calvana sorra with Jerusalem artichoke and watercress and Appennine venison with chestnuts, turnip tops, and pomegranate.

To conclude the journey, our Traditional Dessert Cart pays tribute to the festive flavors of the season.

For guests who prefer it, a vegetarian alternative is also available, crafted with the same care and attention to high-quality ingredients.
