On December 31st, Osteria del Borro hosts the traditional New Year’s Eve Dinner, a unique occasion to celebrate the arrival of the new year through an elegant and refined gastronomic journey.

The evening begins with a welcome aperitif and a selection of our sparkling wines, followed by a menu that showcases the creativity of the kitchen and the excellence of our ingredients. Among the New Year’s Eve offerings are dishes such as Lobster with kohlrabi and vanilla shallot, Tagliolini with oyster and smoked butter, and the sophisticated Pigeon en croûte with foie gras and Sangiovese grapes.

For guests who prefer a vegetarian option, the dedicated menu includes creations such as Cauliflower with hazelnuts and citrus, Saffron tagliolini with black cabbage, and Crispy egg with puntarelle and scorzonera.

After dinner, the celebration continues: all guests are invited to the Midnight Party in the Tinaia, where the countdown ushers in a collective toast to welcome the new year. A DJ set, open bar, and dessert buffet accompany the night in an atmosphere of music, fun, and cheer.
