The Osteria del Borro, the gourmet restaurant at the estate, offers products, recipes, and principles that guide the Il Borro company and obtains the “Due Forchette” award from Gambero Rosso.
In addition to the à la carte menu, there are three different 4-course menus designed by our Chef Andrea Campani, designed to embrace a gastronomic journey through the most authentic flavours of our territory.
Great care is taken in the choice of raw materials, many of which are produced on the Estate, such as vegetables from the garden, eggs, cheeses and flours, all part of a project that is reflected with taste and passion in the dishes.
