Sustainability is at the heart of the entire offer of Osteria del Borro, which is fully committed to enhancing local products, traditions and culture. Only top quality raw materials either from the organic farm of Il Borro or carefully selected from the best small local Tuscan producers. Every product comes with its own story to tell: from the organic oil pressed directly on the Estate, to Laura Peri’s chickens – reared in the Valdarno woods – and then the cheese prepared and aged by Andrea Magi, the gray pork salami from Casentino and finally, the vegetables from the organic garden of Il Borro.
